PRE-EMPLOYMENT

At Feelfit Physiotherapy we regularly carry out employment medical and functional assessment screenings. This information can be useful when matching the correct candidate to a particular task within the workplace.

IF ATTENDING FEEFLIT PHYSIO FOR A PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING, PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:

  • You MUST have filled in an online questionnaire prior to your appointment. We cannot perform the assessment if this has not been completed.
  • You MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill in paperwork and allow for traffic.
  • We are located at the back of the Kedron Park Medical Centre, there is parking at the back of the building.
  • You may be required to perform a urine drug screening, please don’t go to the bathroom prior to your appointment and bring a water bottle.
  • You MUST wear exercise clothes, closed in shoes and bring a mask.
