DESIGNED BY A PHYSIOTHERAPIST
BUILT FOR NETBALLERS
The Netball Strength Program is a structured, easy-to-follow strength and injury-prevention program created specifically for junior and teenage netball players.
Developed by Erin Joyce, a qualified Physiotherapist and competitive netball player, this program bridges the gap between the gym and the court – helping young athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience where it matters most.
Why This Program Works
Netball places high demands on growing bodies – jumping, landing, rapid changes of direction, and single-leg control all increase injury risk if athletes aren’t prepared.
This program focuses on:
-
Building strong hips, knees, ankles, and core
-
Improving landing mechanics and lower-limb control
-
Supporting injury prevention during growth and development
-
Enhancing on-court performance through smarter strength training
Every exercise has been selected with netball-specific movement patterns in mind.
Designed by a Physio Who Plays the Game
Erin understands netball from both sides – as a Physiotherapist who treats netball injuries, and as a player who knows the physical demands of the sport. Erin is also a Netball Australia Knee Program endorsed provider.
This means the program is:
-
Safe and age-appropriate
-
Evidence-based and physiotherapist-approved
-
Practical and realistic for busy athletes and families
-
Focused on long-term athletic development, not just short-term gains
Train Smarter. Play Stronger. Stay on the Court.
The Netball Strength Program gives young netballers the tools they need to move well, build strength safely, and enjoy their sport with confidence.
Created with care, expertise, and real-world netball experience. Book in for an appointment with Erin for an in-person session or for more information.
